Adult Group Training Schedule
June 3rd – August 31st 2019
** = 6am timeslots will only take place if there is a minimum of 6 participants reserved THROUGH the end of the schedule
- Whichever 6am days have 6 participants reserved through the schedule will be kept
- If prepayment for the summer is made, and was for a 6am day that doesn’t have 6 participants, a refund will be made accordingly
** = timeslots must have a minimum of 3 participants reserved 24hrs prior to start time to avoid class cancelation

GROUP FITNESS | 55-minute training sessions
Manthey Momentum’s Adult Group Training sessions incorporate functional training techniques designed to:
Improve strength, coordination and balance through exercises focused on enhancing movements that make daily living activities easier to perform.
While sessions vary in format, each session integrates exercises that focus on strength, endurance, mobility, flexibility, balance and core. It is a 55 minute total body workout that will help you become a stronger and healthier YOU!
*Modifications are made to accommodate specific needs, but if you are new to fitness, please schedule a 1-on-1 personal training session prior to enrolling in an adult group training session so we can assess if group training is a safe and appropriate fit for you.
