ADULT GROUP TRAINING (55-minutes)
Adult Group Training sessions use functional training techniques designed to:
- Motivate your level of commitment to your health and well-being
- Create community
- Improve your overall strength, coordination and balance to avoid injury
- Increase your cardiovascular fitness
- Make you smile, laugh and have fun with fitness
You’ll get a total body workout that will help you become a stronger and healthier YOU!
*Modifications are made to accommodate specific needs, but if you are new to fitness, please schedule a 1-on-1 personal training session prior to enrolling in an adult group training session so we can assess if group training is a safe and appropriate fit for you.
