Strength and Conditioning

Endurance, power and confidence. Do you have what it takes to play the full 90? Want to hold off players in the box or win more 50/50 balls? How about increasing your rebound percentage and feeling strong getting up and down the court? No matter which sport you play the improvements you will experience when you increase your strength and overall fitness and will make you wonder why you haven’t been putting more time and effort into this area before now.

Speed and Agility

Change of direction, quick feet, and fluid movement are what we focus on in the discipline of speed and agility. Athletes will gain more awareness of how their bodies move and work and as a result they will perform more energy efficient movement in their sport.

Sports Nutrition and Hydration

How and when we fuel our bodies is crucial to our overall health and development as athletes. Without the proper fuel (food) and hydration it is difficult reach our full potential. Are you getting enough fuel in your body during the course of the day and then again post training? Do you ever have questions about what would be best to pack for long weekends away at tournaments? What about quick and easy foods you can have stashed in your training bag? Are you getting enough of the proper mixture of fluids to replace everything you lost while you were training? We will discuss strategies that will help you whether you are on the go or at home.

Goal Setting and Mental Conditioning

Identifying the why behind what we do is pivotal. Then we get our minds right and attack our goals. Athletes will gain valuable goal-setting tools as they spend time in our training program learning about short and long-term goals. Athletes will learn how to develop action steps to get to where they want to be and they will be held accountable as they take the steps necessary to achieve them.

Adult Training

Select from a variety of personal, group, youth, and athletic training programs.  Whether you prefer 1-on-1 workouts or prefer to exercise with friends and peers, you’ve come to the best spot on the map.  You will:

1-to-1 PERSONAL TRAINING | 30 Minute Sessions

You’ll enjoy an upbeat, positive environment within a small group setting regardless of your motivation—weight loss, sports performance, functional movement, strength development, or any other fitness goal. You define it, we refine it.

Schedule this for maximum results. The coaches develop your individualized program to meet your fitness goals. You’ll receive that extra push to jump-start an exercise routine that leads you to achieve ambitious performance goals, to rehab after an injury, to take you to the next level of workouts. Nothing beats personalized attention.

Choose a training schedule tailored to your needs. One weekly session sets a baseline for constant motivation, accountability, and technique tips. Choose two or three times a week to fully immerse yourself into attacking your fitness goals like never before! Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, move better, rehab, or train for an athletic event, you’ll receive dedicated attention.

GROUP FITNESS | 45 Minute Sessions

Whether you are 25 or 75, we know you. We’ve worked with you. We design low-impact, small-movement workouts for all ages and fitness levels, with attention to every detail so you meet your needs and wants and progress in sustainable lifestyle changes.

JUMP START | 3rd – 5th Grades

45-minute sessions
In the Jump Start workouts you will build a solid foundation in coordination, athleticism, proper movement patterns, and all in a fun, positive environment.

YOU WILL ADVANCE in ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT SKILLS
• Work on balance.
• Enhance hand-eye coordination and reaction drills.
• Gain speed, learn agility, and intro to plyometric training.
• Learn strength training through bodyweight exercises.
We place a high priority on nurturing a youth’s character development, discipline, and we foster healthy lifestyle behaviors to lock in at an early age.

LAUNCH PAD | 6th – 8th Grades

60-minute sessions
Work within your peer group during this important stage in your growth and development of your skills and your character, all in an organized and ultra-supportive environment. You will receive attention to optimal movement patterns that help you maximize speed, agility, quickness, and reaction time. You’ll enjoy our vastly experienced coaches who know how to teach you how to handle your body weight in all planes of movement; that gives you functional strength and produces tremendous gains while reducing incidence of injury.

TOTAL PERFORMANCE | High School

60-minute sessions
With your peers in grades 9-12, you’ll focus on three main components:
1. Multi-directional movement patterns to maximize speed, agility, and quickness;
2. Strength training to build power and to reduce risk of injury;
3. Mental conditioning to overcome the challenges associated with competing.
In addition to physical elements, you will learn three important C’s that prepare you for all aspects of life:
• Character
• Confidence
• Commitment
Each is essential to becoming a healthy and strong person and, if you choose, a peak performing athlete.

PREMIER SOCCER SKILLS DEVELOPMENT | 5th – 8th Grades

60-minute sessions
It’s time for you to master and enhance your soccer skills.
Our mastery training centers on individual skill patterns that you will challenge you to perform consistently well and to excel in order to move you to a higher level of excellence.
Here you will find encouragement and inspiration and highly-refined instruction. With this kind of individualized support you can spend more time on your own outside of the classroom to gain supreme self-confidence on the ball.
This is exclusive, elite training: Just seven other students in your age group will participate with you in the mastery class coached by former European professional soccer player Megan Manthey Richey.
You must commit to all sessions as we progress as a group, and you individually, from class-to-class, based on previous sessions. No make-up sessions are available. Here’s where you learn the true meaning of want-to and commitment as you define your aspirations in soccer.
