YOUTH ATHLETE JUMP START

We offer athlete performance programs for young athletes grades 3-12: Jump Start (3rd-5th), Launch Pad (6th-8th), and Total Performance (High School).

JUMP START | 3rd-5th Grade

60-minute sessions
In the Jump Start workouts you will build a solid foundation in coordination, athleticism, proper movement patterns, and all in a fun, positive environment.

YOUR ADVANCE in ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT SKILLS
• Work on balance.
• Enhance hand-eye coordination and reaction drills.
• Gain speed, learn agility, and intro to plyometric training.
• Learn strength training through bodyweight exercises.
We place a high priority on nurturing a youth’s character development, discipline, and we foster healthy lifestyle behaviors to lock in at an early age.
