60-minute sessions
You’re ‘in’ with your peers, grades 9-12, to focus on three main components:
1. Multi-directional movement patterns to maximize speed, agility, and quickness;
2. Strength training to build power and to reduce risk of injury;
3. Mental conditioning to overcome the challenges associated with competing.
In addition to physical elements, you will learn three important C’s that prepare you for all aspects of life:
• Character
• Confidence
• Commitment
Each is essential to becoming a healthy and strong person and, if you choose, a peak performing athlete.
