Functional Fitness Programs at Manthey Momentum

Manthey Momentum Functional Fitness class is a fusion of resistance training, cardio, and an array of new and exciting exercises to keep you constantly challenged. At Manthey Momentum, we’re more than just a gym. We’re a family of fitness enthusiasts who uplift and empower each other. Our experienced trainers, and vibrant atmosphere are here to meet you where you’re at and provide the spark to ignite your FIRE and help you crush your goals. What we offer to help you build success:

Adult group sessions are offered 16 times per week to fit your needs and busy schedules. Each session is led from start to finish by a coach who will serve as your guide and motivation throughout your 45 minute session.

What is functional fitness training?

Functional fitness training is a type of strength training that readies your body for daily activities. Functional fitness exercises train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work, or in sports. While using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time, functional fitness exercises also emphasize core stability. By training your muscles to work the way they do in everyday tasks, you prepare your body to move efficiently in a variety of common situations.

We offer both Small Group Training & Individualized 1:1 Training.

Small Group Fitness Training

Our Small Group Fitness Training classes focus on building physical strength, mental acuity, energy, confidence, and balance as they pertain to your performance of routine physical tasks. You will train with a friendly, enthusiastic, and supportive small group (4-10), led by one of our trainers utilizing exercises designed to encourage and challenge a wide range of fitness and skill levels.

MON: 5:30am, 6:30am, & 5:30pm
TUE:  8:00am, & 5-7pm Open Gym

Individualized 1:1 fitness training is especially recommended for those who have not been involved in regular fitness activities for a while, or who have specialized fitness needs. Working one on one allows us to help you attain your goals at your pace with a training regimen tailored to your specific fitness level. Includes first InBody scan. We recommend at least 2-3 sessions per week for optimal results.

1:1 Training Classes are Offered:
Mon – Sat at any time between 8:00am – 7:00pm.
$55 for 30 min  – or –  $85 for 45 min
