We offer three athlete performance programs for young athletes grades 3-12: Jump Start (3rd-5th), Launch Pad (6th-8th), Total Performance (9th-12th), and Premiere Soccer Skills.
We offer several training programs for adults. Whether you would like 1-on-1 training, couples, or group, we can help you.
The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. Training with Jessa has been one of my best life decisions, not only for me but for my very active family. Jessa is encouraging as a constant voice to keep my eyes on what’s most important as I work toward a healthier me!

I didn’t know what I was getting myself into with Jessa. It started as cool thing to add to my schedule. Then I started getting compliments on the change in my body. I absolutely loved going to Megan’s gym and training with her. It was always a perfect workout that wasn’t too much to the point that I wouldn’t want to go back but also not too easy where I wasn’t improving. She made the training fun and I always enjoyed going there and working my hardest with her!

I initially reached out to Coach Jessa to see if she could help me strengthen my physical core, improve my balance, and lose weight. I’m brutally aware that I can no longer put off preserving my health, and I need conditioning to keep up with my adorable, active grandchildren. My journey of self-improvement began March 17, 2018, and I shed 50 pounds in 6 months! My strength, balance, mood, flexibility, energy level, and weight loss are more than I ever imagined possible. It speaks volumes that I truly look forward to seeing Jessa at biweekly sessions and performing her ever-changing routines. Jessa and Megan are engaging and they genuinely want me to succeed. Their upbeat personalities always leave me thinking, “How I wish there had been a Manthey Momentum for me to join years ago!”
