Tues/Thur – 9:00-11:00 AM and 3:00-7:00 PM or by appointment

Friday – 5:30-10:00 AM and 3:00-6:00 PM or by appointment

Saturday – 8:00-9:00 AM

Sunday – CLOSED

Closed 7/4-5 (4th of July weekend)

*We are not a walk-in facility. Hours are based on the current seasons scheduled classes or personal training sessions. It is vital you leave a voicemail or send a text message to the listed number as we are mainly on the floor with clients during hours of operation.
