Our 30-minute Functional Movement Assessment will help us to better understand your present level of flexibility, balance, range of motion, as well as any pain points or physical limitations. It will also provide YOU an opportunity to tour our facility, ask questions, and meet our friendly team!
One of our coaches will review your needs and goals and get you set up with the best program to help you hit your health and wellness targets. The 30 minute assessment will include a combination of questions and answers and discussion followed by movement exercises.
Examples of the assessment exercises we may have you try include: toe touch, hip hinge, seated squats, dead lifts, arm/leg range of motion exercises.
